Humelay - Chacé
Humelay is a white wine made from our Cabernet vines grown on sandy-gravel soils. One third is vinified in concrete vats, one third in barrels and one third in jars. It is a fresh wine with a floral nose that is supple on the palate, with rich, fruity aromas and a lingering spicy finish.

Hunaudière – St Cyr
On our unique terroir, where the weathered limestone reveals all its richness through the Chenin grape, this wine fully expresses the identity of the soil and climate, combining freshness and elegance.
Vinification in concrete vats preserves the purity of the aromas and reveals all the finesse of the white fruit, with notes of crunchy pears.

Poyeux – Chacé
The legendary sandy-clay terroir on Poyeux sandstone produces a Chenin with intense aromas. Vinified exclusively in oak barrels of different ages, it has a nose of dried fruit aromas that are present from the first taste. The rich aromas and freshness are balanced by a gourmet and persistent taste.

Bois du Chêne – Brézé
Chenin, grown on a special terroir of altered green chalk. This unique soil gives the wine a deep minerality, characteristic of this terroir, and great aromatic complexity. Ageing in new oak allows the wood to blend subtly with the natural liveliness of the Chenin, creating a perfect harmony of freshness and roundness. On the nose, the wine reveals aromas of ripe fruit and sweet spices, while on the palate it reveals a delicate woody structure underpinning a marked minerality.

Clos de bellevue - st cyr
The Chenin grapes for our Clos de Bellevue cuvée are grown on the limestone hillsides of Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg, and benefit from an ideal southern exposure to develop all their rich aromas. Its nose, vibrant with fresh pineapple notes, is an invitation to a mineral and delicately aromatic tasting experience. Vinified in our underground cellars, this wine is beautifully fresh on the palate, underpinned by a complexity and purity that reveal the singularity of this unique terroir.

Grown on a sandy terroir resting on a limestone formation, the Cabernet Franc in the Les Menais cuvée offers an authentic, refined expression. Vinified in concrete vats, it has aromas of fresh strawberries and delicately peppery tannins. Its freshness and balance make it a delicious, elegant wine, ideal for sharing with friends and family.

bas Poyeux – Chacé
Les Bas Poyeux reveals the full maturity of the Cabernet Franc on a terroir of sandy-loamy chalk. With sands reaching up to 80 cm before they meet the clay, this unique soil gives the wine great precision and a subtle minerality.
Aged in barrels, this cuvée reveals notes of cherry and graphite, characteristic of the grape variety, around a juicy, fleshy structure supported by smooth tannins.

hauts Poyeux - Chacé
Les Hauts Poyeux, vinified from Cabernet Franc, originates from a terroir of limestone sands with a falunaceous aspect. With sands up to 120 cm deep before they meet the clay, this unique soil gives the wine great complexity and a remarkable mineral richness.
Barrel ageing enhances the expression of this terroir, combining subtle notes of black fruit with delicate woody touches. Les Hauts Poyeux stands out for its concentration and elegant tannic structure.
